Contracts Administrator
Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire
£18,000 to £22,000 per annum

The main duties of this role include submitting and tracking applications and vital documents; general housekeeping of electronic folders, and ensuring accurate document control. This will be based within the companies utilities department, and reporting to the Contracts Coordinator, you will assist the Contracts Coordinator in the operational and commercial delivery of all contracts delivered from the department. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all company databases and systems are kept up to date and accurate.

• Answering phones and dealing with customers
• Providing administrative support to the operational team
• Collating, checking and filling contract paperwork
• Updating our CRM system with client and contract details
• Completing submitting weekly reports to the Contracts Coordinator
• Highlighting queries on costs and charges to the Contracts Coordinator
• Collating, checking and filling contract paperwork, and assisting in the organisation of the commercial aspects of all contacts.
• Hours of work are 8am to 5pm

Qualifications / Experience:
• Previous administration and/or document control experience within a technical / construction environment preferred
• Previous experience in the utility sector desirable but not essential
Key Skills / Attributes:
• Very strong organisational skills are essential
• Must be approachable and have good communication skills
• Sound working knowledge of MS Excel
• Ability to work independently and under own initiative is essential
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Must have a car due to the location of the company
